About the Country Walk Community
Country Walk was originally designed and built by Arvida/Disney Corp. Arvida broke ground on the first homes in 1978 and construction finished in 1994. The community covers 1280 acres (2 square miles) and consists of 1,606 homes and two commercial areas.
Country Walk is made up of one Master Association and six sub-associations: Estate Homes, Lakeside, Patio Homes, Stoneybrook Country Villas, and Village Homes.
